Help iPod Touch 4g in Dev mode through xCode! Please Read!

So as title said how can I get it out? The option that was there for me to put in developer mode now says provision profiles or something and when I click on it it gives me the option to delete null? What can I do? And what does Dev mode really do. How about updating from now on? Do I need to restore? I can still use my iPod but I have developer settings.

the easiest way would be to restore it...and then put all your stuff back on...but first take a few screenshots and upload them for everyone to see
