I wouldn't expect anything, the devs never say release dates bc that just disappoints people if it doesn't happen.

You can have a tethered jb right now if you absolutely need it.

Sn0wbreeze will do it but it is very unstable right now. Meaning sometimes Cydia doesn't install or it does and doesn't even load/work.
