That allows to send files from your iPod Touch to your phone via Bluetooth. I want to send over a ringtone.

no it isnt but you can use a program called diskaid or something similar to put the ringtone onto ur computer from ur ipod or email it using ifile and then copy it fron ur computer to your phone
I just email the file from my iPod But my email on my phone doesn't work for some reason.
