Music and video apps won't open?

For some reason after I downloaded a couple things from iTunes, I can't open up my music and video apps. They open go to purchased then exit. My itouch is jailbroken on 4.1 firmware. Not sure if that matters but im just saying. Help please!!

have you tried to reset your ipod.. home and sleep/wake

Yes everything like my iPod knows it's there because when I double click the home button then press play it plays for like 2 seconds then stops. Also when I'm in another app and I try to look at my music that app crashes.

Go into safe mode and see if it does this. If it is fixed in safe mode, it is a tweak or app that is causing the problem. You can easily find out by downloading SB Settings and disabling the mobile substrate addons.

It still doesn't work in safe mode :/

Sorry can't help you then. I would just restore and jailbreak with 4.2.1.
