I have a problem with Cydia

I open Cydia and there is no packages or my sources. What should I do? Should I rejailbreak my iPod touch?
My Cydia is empty.

May have been a jailbreaking bug. Re-jailbreaking should fix the problem.

How do I rejailbreak the iPod touch? Do I just use the dame program I use to jailbreak it?

I saw many users having the same bug , after rejailbreaking try updating cydia , using safari download manager or , ssh

Did you just Jailbreak? Did you try rebooting? Sometimes after jailbreaking you have to reboot again to get Cydia working right.

Or, can can reinstall Cydia with redsn0w; do not rejailbreak, run redsn0w and uncheck all the boxes in redsn0w except "Install Cydia".
