Does anybody know where I can download the 2.2.1 .IPSW for iPod Touch 1G? I haven't been able to find a valid link anywhere. Thanks.

iPod, iPhone and iPad Firmware Download

Use the second drop down box, labelled "iPhone / iPod touch / iPad / Apple TV"

Scroll the box down to "iPod touch 1G (2.2.1/5H11)" and click the Download button

EDIT: You can run 3.1.3 on the iPod Touch 1G, but you might have to pay $5 for it. If you are interested, get that .ipsw from the above site and try installing it. If iTunes refuses to install it, then following this link to pay for it:
