Cydia on my iPod touch (3.1.3, 7E18)just won't work anymore. Every time I tap Cydia, the screen comes up but in a few seconds, goes back to the menu screen. I really don't want to re-jailbreak my ipod. I've read of solutions to this problem but they all need Winscp, which I can't download because Cydia isn't working. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks
There are ways to reinstall Cydia without re-jailbreaking:
1) with iFile, using its wifi server to get the deb file and install it
2) with SSH (requires openSSH on device and an SSH client on computer)
3) with redsn0w, checking only the "Install Cydia" option and unchecking all the others.
