iTunes Error 1646 When Trying To Restore With Custom FW?

hey, there is my story:
i tried to jailbreak my friend ipod touch 3g, 4.2.1 - with greenpois0n. the jb was sucessfully but the cydia crashed everytime, and i tried to restore to a clean 4.2.1. so i did that and now that i'm trying to DFU with greenpois0n it does'nt work, so i made an Custom FW File with sn0wbreeze, tried to restore it with pwned DFU mode from redsn0w and i get itunes error 1646.
what i need to do?

hey guyz ....my situation same wit urs ...but i fixed it today ~ use redsn0w_win_0.9.6b5 to add cydia ....done =)

you can use redsn0w and ireb to put a device in pwnd dfu

they do not work exactly the same so try both!!
