    Default Ipod touch stuck at lockscreen

    Please help. My friend asked me to fix his iPod touh 3G. He entered the password too many time and it won't work now. It says connect to iTunes and whenever I do it say can't connect please enter password. It's just stuck at the lock screen and won't do anything. Any ideas?

    Put it in recovery or dfu and restore it in itunes.

    I'm trying to put t in dfu or restore mode but I can't seem to do it. Can u post a reliable link explaining how to do it?

    Yea I have green poison on my touch. Check out my post under iPod mods>Linux on iPod. I really need a solution
