Top cydia apps
I recently jailbroke my iPod touch 4.2.1 and I was wondering what are the must have cydia apps or good apps other than winterboard

Is there one that tells me how much memory and power percentage I have left my memory hasn't been affected in settings and I have slot of stuff so I figure it it wrong since it's jailbroken

Yes, actually, there is an Apple app for those functions called Free Memory. It shows your memory as battery.
