Can't Update Cydia Apps and Rebooting crashes Springboard

Recently my jailbroken iPod Touch 3G on iOS 4.1 has been acting weird. Whenever I update my Cydia apps and respring, when I return to Cydia the apps will still say they aren't updated (and they aren't.) Also, when I turn on my iPod from being completely off, The SpringBoard will always end up being crashed. Whats wrong? I cant find a Cydia app that Ive recently installed that I havent already uninstalled. Help??

Do you have your shsh blobs saved? If so, the easiest thing to do would be restore, rather than spending hours finding the problem.
