Winterboard not working?

Hi
i have a 2g 32gb MB ipod touch that i just JB again after having to send it in for repairs
so i had to update to 4.2.1 to undo the jailbreak so that i could send it in
so i just re-jailbroke it, and when i use winterboard, it displays all of the theme stuff, except for the lockscreen wallpaper, and i know that there is one
Is there something up with this that will be fixed later?

EDIT:

After more research, i have found out that Apple has move some stuff around from iso 3 to iso4, so what you have to do, is just save the background to your photos, and set it as your lock background, you can do this by using iFile
