    Default Charging issues, Help?

Hey all, I didn't know where else to this but it's getting to be a issue all over my house.
Around Christmas; The whole house, 4 new iPod touch 4gs.
3 are jailbroken and one is not.
But here's the issue, when the iPod is charging, the three that are 8gb, randomly click everywhere on the screen when touched, so playing games and trying to go threw something is almost impossible.
I've tried restoring mine, no help.
    But it's only when charging.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks in advance.

Maybe you have an outlet wiring problem, so that the "ground" on the charger is actually "live" relative to the house current true ground. Is this charger cable plugged into an outlet adaptor or a computer? I think even a computer could end up with a live ground if the house wiring is wrong.

I was thinking about this, im usually charging it on a wall charger, when charging it there it does this and my headphones get all fuzzy, so this is probably the problem, I'll test it compared to my computer, thanks.

Incidentally, any hardware store or large hardware section or Radio Shack will have an outlet tester for a few dollars. It is basically a plug with 3 LED lights on it. The pattern of lights that light up will tell you if anything is wrong with the outlet, and if so, what. It's a good thing to have.
