Default [Help] iOS 4.1 Restore Problem

I know I'm new here but I have just found this site and plan on being as active as possible.

Anyway, I have jailbroken many iDevices since I have started, any problems with a jailbreak, and you restore, everyone knows that.
Well I am jailbreak an iPod Touch 4G on 4.1 and it was successfully jailbroken, with Cydia.
After the jailbreak was installed, i restarted the springboard to setup Cydia.
This then resulted in almost all the icons disappearing(including settings, Cydia, and all the main Icons except Youtube)
Upon trying to restore the device, i am using the correct firmware, and have followed this tutorial (http://azacode.wordp...ng-with-itunes/) to try and fix the problem, but no matter what I do, I get an error code when trying to restore? I rarely need help with these types of problems because I usually find an easy way around it but this time no luck :/

TL;DR- My Jailbroken iPod Touch 4G is stuck with no Icons and unable to restore.

    Any Suggestions?

Those are errors when you dont have SHSH. Download tiny umbrella to see what SHSH you have.
