Ipod will not restore!

Hello, i have a 2g ipod touch and i jailbroke it with redsnow. now the cydia icon is white and will not load up. i want to restore the ipod touch so i can try another way to jailbreak it. can someone help me, tell me a way i can restore it.

oh nvm it restored. what jailbreak software would u recommend other than redsn0w? is snowbreeze ok?

Then you are good to use redsnow/snowbreeze/greenpoison/pwnage tool. Not sure on limera1n.

can anyone plz tell me why sn0wbreeze wont work. i mean when it tells me the steps for DFU and i press power and home and ipod tuns on to soon so during the 10 seconds it turns off again and th DFU doesnt work.

You can just use ireb or redsnow to put it in pwned dfu instead.
