Can I use MY SHSH save for my friend's iPod?

I have an iPod touch 3rd gen. 8 gig, and my friend has the same iPod, but a 32 gig. I jailbroke his iPod, but he accidentally upgraded to 4.2.1, and I forgot to save the SHSH. I tryed jailbreaking with 4.2.1, but found out it would just be annoying haveing to reboot the device everytime u want to use cydia apps, and since my friend doesnt know this stuff, im sure he wouldnt want to walk down to my house every so often just to do that. so I decided to try and find a way to downgrade his iPod. I had MY iPod jailbroken from my friend, and idk if he used SHSH saves or w/e, but he managed to downgrade my iPod from 4.2 to 4.1. I came up with the idea of saving my SHSH, and then trying to get that save onto my friend's iPod. I was wondering if this is possible, and if my friend will just have to not upgrade until a better jailbrake comes out for 4.2.1?

I think the whole concept of SHSH blobs is that they are specific to one unit. In other words, no. For more information see:
