random reboot
hi guys,
I need some help, my ipod 2g is jail broken with green pois0n.
Now every time I try to run Monopoly my ipod reboots.
I tried going into sbsettings and removing all processes and freeing up the memory with no results.
usually this works for other apps such as Modern Combat 2.
please help.

I am still learning about jailbreak.
Can you give me some suggestions as to what I should do?

Ummm Are you familiar with the pc (or Mac) programs for accessing ur idevices files similar to ifile but on pc.
If you can get your idevice into dfu mode (where it comes up with connect to
iTunes symbol) then you should be able to access your files from pc and remove things like all your themes and tweaks.Last edited by AlexSye; 01-06-2011 at 03:53 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

OMG what a recipe for disaster; like playing Boot Loop Roulette. The way to get rid of stuff is to uninstall them in Cydia. You can queue up a bunch of uninstalls and do them all at once. Also you don't need to be in DFU mode to access files. All the ways I've heard of (such as iPhoneBrowser, SSH, and iFile/WiFi) work just fine in normal mode, giving root if you're jailbroken.
As to the reboot problem, do you have Icy installed? If so get rid of it. Also, I'm assuming you don't have any cracked apps. In SBSettings, in the More menu, have you turned off any tweaks in the Mobile Substrate Addons section?

You wont be able to access any files in dfu. The whole point of dfu is to be able to restore without the file system or even boot process loading.
