Jailbroken 4.0.1 - How do I upgrade to 4.1 and Jailbreak that?

Hey all,

I got lucky enough to jailbreak during the super-simple 4.0.1 jailbreak window, and I've kept my 4.0.1 ever since.

However, 2 new things came with iOS 4.1 that I really want: HDR Photos, and GameCenter.

So my question has a few separate parts to it:

1) How do I back up all of my Cydia purchases and downloads so that when I do jailbreak again, I don't have to re-purchase/re-download/re-configure everything?

2)How can I upgrade to iOS 4.1, but NOT 4.2? Do I need to restore my firmware to factory originals before I do this?

3)Once I get the new 4.1 firmware, what's the currently "hot" method to jailbreak it?

1) There is a $5 cydia app called PkgBackup which many people use to back up their cydia stuff, but I haven't used it myself. Yet. Maybe when it's time for 4.2.x. Anyway, you shouldn't have to repurchase because Cydia is supposed to remember you already paid for stuff (it always has for me).

2) You would have to have already saved your SHSH blobs for 4.1 via Cydia or TinyUmbrella...because Apple isn't signing it anymore; and then you would use TinyUmbrella to upgrade.

3) If you've made it this far, many people say greenpois0n is slightly more reliable, though there are those who disagree.
