Restoring my IPod Touch

I've been trying to restore IPod touch for a while now and I need some help. I was trying to restore it without updating, so it stays in 4.1. I saved SHSH in tiny umbrella and downloaded the 4.1 ipsw file. Ran TSS server and restore in itunes with shift + ipsw file but got error 1604. I downloaded iREB 4.0X/4.1 and ran it and got past the 1604 error but now its in the recovery loophole so every time it restores it goes back to dfu mode. I've read a way to get out of the recovery loop (IReb fixer for recovery mode loop dosen't work) and everything ive read has sounded kind of strange (i.e "do this wrong and you're ipod touch will brick). Also IRecovery dosen't work, i get the "no ipod/iphone found". Now the ipod touch is in dfu mode 24/7 and and restoring it goes to loop .Also in ITunes the IPod shows N/A in capacity serial number and software version.Can anyone help me? cause im really frustrated, ive been doing this **** for 2 days now and still dosen't work.
