    Question 2g iod touch cant update or restore

    well my ipod touch is 2gen 8gigand i cant restore it or update it to 4.2 im running on windows vista 64 bit if anyone can help it would be appretiated help please

    What model is it and are you getting any error numbers when trying to restore?
