so in my opinion, 3.1.3 was the best thing that happened since the iphone 4. i want my ipod to be up-to-date with the latest firmware but is their a way to disable ALL of the 4.2 FW abilities. like can i disable multitasking, (i like "folders" but i dont care if its gone), (game center i dont mind), the mail app is different from 3.1.3 to 4.0 +, same with the safari. i hate safari. i hate it when you type in the letter "a" and it shows ALL your past safari history that starts with "a". cant it only show book marks that start with "a"?
i also find it annoying that i cant double tap the home button to go straight to my media player. i have to open multitask, scroll to the left, and select it.

so is their any way to have 4.2 firmware and disable ALL of its features?
