Music and Video Apps Missing

O.K, so I have an iPod Touch 2G MC, jailbroken on 4.1.

I had this thing so that my video and music apps combined to make one iPod app.

I wanted to use dockflow (it isn't yet installed) so I turned the unified iPod thing off.

Then, I realised my music and video apps are missing. They show up in spotlight search but not on my springboard.

Any help?
