I suggest doing a restore to the device with the official firmware first again to start off on a clean slate.

i hav a touch 3 wit 4.1 i downloaded greenpoison from greenpois0n - Mmmm...pois0n after i installed it,it worked & continues 2 work jus fine. u can also try goin 2 "Chronic Dev Blog"they r da ones who put out greenpoison& they hav a link 2 program.also look @ CrispyTech -- Have a BYTE. i got info how 2 install greenpioson from this website. it works tho cuz i did it.watch a video on how to @crispytech. goodluk homeboy

I have same iPod than you but greenpoison doesn't work I goes back to the same.. Do you have to restore it?
