spring board crahses

hey i have a problem
every time i try to use multifl0w,my i pod(2g) crashes
it goese to safe mode and it says "this is not the folt of mobilesubstrac" or something like that PLS HELP!!!!

Alright, so if you are stuck with a package that resprings your device in safe mode, then in safe mode follow these instructions.
1. Open Cydia
2. Go to the "Manage" tab or whatever and go to the packages section
3. Uninstall the package. If you device still boots into safe mode, your completely screwed and you have to update or restore.

Just uninstall recently installed packages look at more in safe mode

Get the Package from Cydia, "CrashReporter". This will tell what package from Cydia might have caused the problem.
