Cydia Problems

Thanks for the people who helped me last time.
Ok I have a new problem.
I've got a 2nd gen iPod runnin 4.0 jailbroken yadda yadda yadda. Anyway my problem is that I open the cydia app and then after maybe 30 secs it just shuts down. I dunno why this is happening I've tried 3 times and same result.

You have alot of apps?too many will eat up your ram memory...

Try restore it then re-jailbreak it
