I know there is a app called USB disk on the app store. But I want a program from cydia that let's me drag and drop music and different files.

I would add USB disk anyway. It integrates into safari and let's you download whatever u want. There's a great place called beemp3. Then u can take files off the device with iTunes

I would suggest using iFile from Cydia along with Safari Download Manager to download MP3s and more documents. To access the files, you need to get Ubuntu to read the files because Ubuntu can access the root directory.
