ok, i finally got it to work. i was able to restore to 4.0 with help from umbrella and then i jailboke again with jailbreakme. i believe it was winterbord which made cydia crash when i was on 3.1.2 and now i,m afraid to installed it again now. what do you think, lol. once again that for the help
