Download IOS 4.01

I'm on IOS 3.1.2 (jailbroken) on my Ipod touch 3g, and I want to upgrade to 4.01 to be able to jailbrake after.

My question is where can I download the IOS 4.01 from a reliable source? (Itunes will only let me download 4.02)

By the way, iOS 4.0.1 is for iPhones. You want iOS 4.0 for an iPod. iOS 4.0.1 only changes the way cell phone power bars are calculated, as a result of that Antennagate flap that was in the news.
