Theme problem for iOS 4.0 firmware

Not sure if this is the right thread didn't know where else to post but I'm having a problem with my themes. I had to restore my and so now I have a 4.0 firmware. So far i tried to set up some themes but parts of it don't work at all. like some icons won't change and the status bar won't change colors at all even when I create my own theme it won't work.
what should I do? am i doing something wrong or is it just because of the new firmware.

Most themes apps haven't been update to work with 4.0 yet so it's best to leave them awhile or you may experiance some poroblems.
