Possible to generate SHSH blobs?

I was dumb enough to install 4.0 on my iTouch, and didnt backup 3.1.3 SHSH blobs, and I want to go back to 3.1.3, I know my ECID so is it possible for anything, like a porgram or something, that could actaully create these files for me? If it can, once i get the shsh, how would I use it? BTW I have a 2g MC. I have tried umbrellas way of saying I have 3.1.3 when I actually have 4.0 but it says device isnt eligible, I can make a 3.1.2 blob, but it gives me error 28, because my Ipod came with 3.1.3. So basicly, am I screwed?

What data is in the shsh blobs? I dont understand why we cant recreate them.

Can someone upload one to a site so I can see it?
