Cydia source problem

Hi . I just jailbroke my ipod touch 2g with 4.0 and cydia has no sources so I can't download anything. Please help and answer asap

Add the repo PwnCenter Repository. There should then be a package called 'All sorces'. Install this and this should give you most/all of the legal Cydia sources. The key ones may not be their as it expects them to come as default so you may have to look these up on Google and enter them manually.
