Restore iPod 2G MC 4.0

Hi Guys, (Quick Question, Please don't delete this!)

I had a new iPod Touch 2G MC 3.1.3 but got a new one because the old one broke. I still have the SHSH from the old one too.

Can I restore using the old iPod (Exact Same Model) SHSH blobs?

New iPod Touch: 2G MC 4.0 (Non JailBroken, No SHSH Backed Up)
Broken iPod Touch: 2G MC 3.1.3 (JailBroken, SHSH Backed Up Locally)

Detatiled Question:
Can I restore my new iPod (Above) using broken iPod SHSH Blobs?
