I'm on IPT 3G with Spirit jb'd and SHSH stored
Is it possible for me to upgrade to iOS4 and then downgrade back to 3.1.3?
I read somewhere if I have spirit device and upgraded to iOS4, I'm in bad luck, or sort of

And if I have a 3.1.3 device that doesn't have the SHSH backup, is it too late to get it now?
I tried the 'make my life easier' on my friend's iphone and no answer yet after a day, it just say 'This device has pending TSS request'
