I am running 3.1.3 on a 3G iPod Touch and I am currently Jailbroken with Spirit.

I was wondering if I updated to iOS4, would I be able to Re-Jailbreak with something else? Because I remember looking at something on this site the other day and it said something like "Don't Jailbreak With .... if you have already Jailbroken with Spirit".

Now I am quite confused at the moment so I was wondering if somebody would clear everything up for me.

Sorry man, Spirit changes some **** in that itouch of yours and screws jailbreaking up in the old bootrom!

Ignore him. You will be able to jailbreak it if something else is released to jailbreak iOS4!
Just Be Patient. Play the waiting game.

Restoring your iPod will completely remove the jailbreak. But will also update you to 4.0!
