    I just updated to ios4 from 3.1.2 Then off I go to JailbreakMe.com and unlocked. UNTETHERED! I say!! Rather! Installed winterboard, appears ok. Still testing other stuff. Good luck. hope this helps. Many thanks Comex and all other i-GODZ
