Ipod Touch doesn't work

Hello there, I deleted some important files by accident on cydia and there so bunch of errors. When I exited Cydia all my icons disappeared. I was just looking around and then Ipod Touch froze. I had to restart it so I did. Ipod Touch turned on with the mac apple logo and turned off very fast. When I turn it, mac apple logo turns light and dark which it's when it shut downs. When I try to plugin my ipod touch to the pc with USB...my ipod opens and shut downs but Itunes can't find it! Can anyone please help?

Try to contact a Apple store (if you are near one) or call them. That is probably the best solution in your case. Good Luck!
