?How do you delete sources from "Rock"?

I had Cydia... But I didn't want it anymore.
Word on the internet, Rock was better than Cydia so I gave it a try. It's ORGANIZED.. but there's some problems. I've downloaded a source. Not too bad, not too good. But I've figured that it was useless.

Coming to a point where I'm desperate to take this thing out, I really don't know how to.. How do I take this BS out of my Rock.

(I'm not going back to Cydia, NO WAY !!! )

It's not possible. You can have a fresh start with icy, or go back to cydia to delete the sources because they share the sources you and, and cydia is the one with delete function.
