ipod crashes

Hi;

Hope someone can enlighten me a bit:

i just jailbroke my ipod with spirit and used cydia to change my theme and add some cool apps:

Only prob is that when i want to add other apps or themes or even remove an app: the ipod crashes and goes into safemode: is this normal? once i reboot its ok and the app is either added or removed depending on the command: did i miss something,,?

other thing: how do i update my apple apps? i usually do it via wifi but once again the baby crashes and goes into safemode and the app is never updated: any ideas?

This sounds pretty bad, you may wanna restore.

If you have an older model of iPod then the problem here is probably the virtual memory or RAM. You just have to deal with it and go easy on the thing. some apps and tweaks just wont work.
