    Default 3rd gen 3.1.2 ipod touch

    I just got a 64GB 3rd gen ipod touch, can i update to 3.1.3 via itunes and still jailbreak using spirit? from what I've read i can i just want to make sure.

    but if you are on 3.1.2, then I would stay.
