Help to Downgrade ITouch 3Gen 32GB 3.1.3Firmware

Hi i had a itouch 3g since last december and never upgrade on itunes, (usually doesnt belive in upgrades off anny distributor) and i bought a bose sound dock portable that in the apple store says that this isnt compatible with the itouch 3gen but in the bose store alredy play and that was the key point to have this one.
now the firmare upgrade was execute without any option to cancel this one, and now the itouch doesnt play on the docking station. please help me 'cos apple support doesnt help me and says that is the docking station that doesn work but i put a itouch from a friend and that doesnt have 3.1.3 and plays correctly.
dont wanna have a 1000 usd useless, cos i only use the itouch to listen @ home :S
