iPod has annoying page numbers
my ipod touch 2g 3.0 firmware has numbers on the springboard pages
it shifts my pages of apps down and isnt even on every page how can i rid myself of these? apart from restoring
could it have anything to do with recently configureng the ihome 2.5 installation?apple has just about broken even with the amount of iDevices i've bricked...

have you installed springjumps?
if so you have probably turned on the page number labelling.Being an i can be a lot of pressure. you have to live right up to the small point.
