    Question Backup, restore iPod, re-jailbreak, reinstall?

    I'm looking for an easy way to back up all of my App Store AND Third Party apps (with all my settings intact) so I can restore my Touch to a no jailbroken state and then do a re-jailbreak with RedSn0w instead of Quick Freedom. I heard that my Touch will run faster if I do (Plus I accidentally deleted at least one preinstalled app and want it back).

    Any help?

    AppBackup is for AppStore Applications
    AptBackup is for Cydia apps

    I'm not sure about AppBackup, but I know that Apt saves onto the backup in iTunes, so when you restore the device from iTunes, the Cydia information should still be on it.
