Help! My music is gone!!

Ok so i got onto itunes to mod some of my music you know normal stuff then suddenly i notice its the solid orange bar that means other and i cant listen to any music and i want to know how to get it back into music as a file. or what the app is that allows me to get into the itouch files. Any help would be amazing! thanks!!!!

You could simply re-sync and that should fix your problem.
