iPod touch Jailbroken, Can I use a back up?

Basically, I have been running 2.2 happily, jailbroken, for ages, then I came across Lemonade tycoon (it was a game I played All through my childhood for years) and it requires 2.2.1.

So, I thought, Simple enough, update, then re-jailbreak.
I am currently re-jailbreaking, and I am wondering, if I restore all my stuff from a backup, will it un-jailbreak my iPod?

(I will be restoring from a time I was on 2.2 Jailbroken)

You should be fine. The only way to undo a jailbreak is an update/restore in iTunes.
