Need DESPERATE help - 1.1.2 stuck MID upgrade, what do I do?

I have a jailbroken 1.1.2 ipod. I have installer on and several apps. I used bosstools to delete all the music and video, and I made sure I had BSD subsytem installed. I started "1.1.3 Jailbreak DevTeam" and it's been running for 40 minutes.. what do I do? It says it should take about 20 mins.. and I have a fast connection

is the % still going up if so then its fine

It just finished... now I have installer and all my **** on 1.1.3, except none of the apps I had show up anymore on the desktop!!! Also... they still show up as installed apps in installer... Do I just have to uninstall them all and reinstall them for them tos how up?

If you uninstall and reinstall they should work. Did you choose yes or no when the jailbreak program asked if you wanted to restore?
