How to allocate iPod Firware 2.1 Locally or in iTunes?

I did purchase the new 2.1 ipod software update and download it using iTunes. As part of the Jailbreaking process is to upload the 2.1 software, but I couldn't allocate it in my hard drive.
Also, I tried to find it in iTunes store to re-download to the hard drive, but I couldn't find it.....

Any idea where to find the 2.1 update either in the Hard Drive or in iTunes?

Please I'm really in need for it.......

It is located (this is from memory so be curious and look around) (you need to be able to see hidden files):

/<User Folder/AppData/Roaming/Apple(Something with the word 'Apple')/iPod Firmware update/<iPod firmware .ipsw>

Its also in (or somewher close to this)
/Documents and Settings/<your username>/application data/apple computer/iTunes something I think/iPod software update/(.ipsw
That's the closest to the path on so that I could find.
