Hello friends
im trying to jailbreak my itouch 1G (itunes-8)
i have 2.1 firmware and using quickpwn 2.1 to do the jailbreak
the processes goes as said, but when the ipod restarts
it does not show instaler or cydia on the itouch
i did the processes few times and got the same result
so can some one how can i get this right

The process is not interrupted at any time during the Pwnage, correct? Where did you download the QuickPwn software? You could try re-downloading the software and trying again. When going through the process, did you select 'Cydia' and 'Installer' boxes when it asked for what you wanted on the device? Was the device pwned before (with pre-2.x WinPwn which actually pwns the device and not iTunes)?

you right process was not interupted. i seleced both cydia & install, the device was JB before i 1.1.4 and i got the touch upgraded in itunes then trying to jb it

Did you uninstall, re-download and reinstall QuickPwn? Where did you put the files for QuickPwn? They should be all organized and in a folder in your main hard drive, not on the desktop.

its all in my documents in folder called iphone how should i put the 2.1 i the same folder
when i went to quick pwn there was a download mirror 1 and 2
can u tell what is that n the difference

There shouldn't be much a difference between the two. Install QuickPwn in <C:/Program Files> and not <My Documents>, because if you have it in an area that has restrictions, it wont do things properly.
