All Internet apps and Installer restarts to springboard every time!!!

every time I run the Internet and/or the installer my iPod freezes for about 2 seconds and then brings me back to my springboard. Do I have to rejailbreak or somthing. I tryes to restarts the iPod its self and nothing.

If you just jailbroke then you probably opened up installer as your first application. This creates the wrong file paths or something so all of your other apps freeze up. If so, then you need to restore, rejailbreak (quickpwn or pwnagetool or winpwn, depending on computer OS) and when your ipod starts up, select contacts, type random stuff, and you should be good.
