iPod Error 0xE8000022

I have been receiving this error just this afternoon.

"iTunes could not connect to the iPod '''' because of an unknown error occured (0xE8000022)."

Never got this before I got home today. I have 1.1.3 Jailbroken Firmware installed and I have been able to sync up till this point.

I have read a number of threads on various sites with solutions that have not worked. This included resetting settings and resetting all files and settings.

Any help on this error would be helpful. Even if I have to restore to basic apple firmware and re-jailbreak my touch. Anything is better than having an empty iPod that I can't sync with iTunes.

I am running Windows Vista.

i recommend u call apple and see what they can do. did u try uninstalling itunes first?
