itunes jailbreak 1.1.2 broken

I need to know if itunes 7.6 breaks the oktoprep and if so how do i jailbreak 1.1.2. Im at 1.1.1 jb but would like 1.1.2 jb. i have tried but it ends up in restore mode?
im on pc and have a ipod touch with 7.6 itunes

any help would be great!
